The best Belgian mobile plan depends first on what you agree to sign, not on the network. At a comparable advertised monthly price, a 24-month contract with a handset included costs several hundred euros more over the term than a no-contract SIM-only plan — and you do not leave it under the same conditions. This ranking sorts seven plans available in Belgium on three figures only: the price for the first twelve months, the price applied from month thirteen once the promotion ends, and the total cost over 24 months with the handset counted separately.
