The best Belgian mobile plan depends first on what you agree to sign, not on the network. At a comparable advertised monthly price, a 24-month contract with a handset included costs several hundred euros more over the term than a no-contract SIM-only plan — and you do not leave it under the same conditions. This ranking sorts seven plans available in Belgium on three figures only: the price for the first twelve months, the price applied from month thirteen once the promotion ends, and the total cost over 24 months with the handset counted separately.

Taken alone, the mobile plan has no pricing argument; it regains one inside a bundle with the household's fixed internet, where the convergence discount changes the maths. Then check what the bundle price becomes once the promotion ends.
